How does the booking work at Hotel Bernina?

You can easily book directly through our website or call us on +41 81 838 86 86 or by email to info@hotelbernina.ch. We will be happy to advise you personally, find the right room for you and take care of all the details of your stay.

What is included in the room rate?

The room price includes a rich breakfast buffet, WLAN, the use of the ski and bike room and the transfer from and to Pontresina train station on arrival and departure until 17:00.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: Your rooms are ready for occupancy from 14:00. If you arrive after 21:00, please let us know in advance.

Check-out: We ask you to leave your room by 11:00 am.

Are there parking spaces at the hotel?

Yes, we have an underground parking garage where you can park your car for CHF 15.- per night. Please register in advance to reserve a parking space.

Outdoor parking spaces are not available.

What room facilities can I expect?

All rooms have a bath or shower/WC, safe, radio, telephone and bathrobes. Most rooms are equipped with new box-spring mattresses and allergy-friendly bed linen. Premium rooms also offer a rain shower, wellness bag, coffee and tea station and high-quality care products.

Can I take my dog into the room?

Dogs are welcome upon request! The fee is CHF 15.- per night (food not included). Please inform us at the time of booking if you are traveling with your dog. For the comfort of all guests, dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel and are not permitted in the breakfast room.

What cancellation conditions apply?

Sometimes things turn out differently than you think. We will be happy to inform you of our cancellation conditions when you make your booking or you can contact us directly for detailed information.

Can I get an extra bed or crib?

Some of our triple rooms can be extended with an extra bed for children. Please contact us when booking so that we can check availability and reserve the right room for your family.

Is there WLAN in the rooms?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.
