The Hotel Bernina is particularly popular with cheese fans. Whether melting and skimming or dunking and stirring: in the Locanda restaurant we serve you excellent raclette and fondue variations. Spend a convivial evening with us. For example, with our glacier raclette or a sparkling champagne fondue.
For meat lovers we serve the classic fondue chinoise with beef and veal slices or the game fondue Languard with venison, roe deer and chamois slices, fruit chutney and cranberries. These are accompanied by a choice of rice, French fries or spaetzle.

Capuns are a Grisons speciality: pasta pastry made of herbs and small pieces of salsiz and air dried Grisons meat are wrapped up as parcels in chard leaves, gratinated with mountain cheese and served with a sauce of milk and bouillon.
By the way: The term capuns comes from the Rhaeto-Romanic and means cabbage rolls.
Our restaurants also serve market-fresh meals for locals and non-hotel guests. Every day our chef comes up with a varied menu. Optionally as 5-course menu with starter, soup, salad, main course and dessert or as 3-course meal. A little tip: Enjoy your coffee or espresso outside on our sun terrace.
