Capuns are a Grisons speciality: pasta pastry made of herbs and small pieces of salsiz and air dried Grisons meat are wrapped up as parcels in chard leaves and served with a sauce of cream and bouillon.
By the way: The term capuns comes from the Rhaeto-Romanic and means cabbage rolls.
